Spinach avocado smoothie

  • 75 g baby spinach
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 handful of mint leaves
  • ca. 2 dl plant milk
  1. Rinse the spinach thoroughly.
  2. Put the spinach in a blender together with the avocado and banana.
  3. Cut the peel of the kiwi fruit and put it in the blender together with mint leaves, milk and ice cubes.
  4. Blend into a thick smoothie – if you want a thinner smoothie, add more milk.
